Full Info TBA Shortly

From large outdoor festivals in Europe and Asia, to sweaty basements on the east coast, to massives in Los Angeles, skylab2000 has long been a part of the global dance music revolution.

Time Out magazine says:”skylab2000 is a rave legend.

Urb Magazine decribes skylab2000 live performances as “incredible” and”fantastic”.” Dave Dresden [Gabriel & Dresden] calls the Rollergirl single is “the bomb of all bombs.“ In the UK, Pete Tong of BBC Radio One chose the Auburn single as an “Essential Selection“.

These are just a tiny sample of the compliments collected on the long road skylab2000 has traveled.

Superstar DJs such as Sasha, John Digweed, Carl Cox, Pete Tong, Taylor, John Kelly, and Keoki play skylab20000 tracks. Many releases are on top selling CDs – on great labels such as Moonshine, Koch, Journeys by DJ, Phatt Phunk, 3am Records, Brainiak, City of Angels, Genesis Project, Metronix, and Starshagger.

Single tracks are available on 12″ vinyl, CD, and on iTunes and Beatport. In downloadable mp3 releases, the Rollergirl track alone has almost a million downloads, and growing.

Of course, skylab2000 does remixes, including high profile artists such as Crystal Method’s Trixie Reiss, and world reknowned DJ Paul Oakenfold.

For over a decade, skylab2000 has been traveling city to city playing LIVE for some the best audiences in the world – in places as far away as Russia, Japan, Istanbul, Hong Kong, Montreal, Puerto Rico, Vancouver, and Mexico. In the USA, skylab2000 has played hundred of live shows in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Austin, Denver, Miami, Memphis, Nashville, Detroit, Las Vegas, Alaska, Seattle and many, many more!

On stage, it’s hardware synths, samplers, mixers, and effects. No laptop band here! The music is played live, changing to the crowds needs and creating a ride to remember. The current skylab2000 sound is a blend of techno, electro, hard house, nu skool breaks, acid, trance, and a sprinkle of drum n bass.

Lastly, movies, television shows and major video game soundtracks also have the skylab2000 touch. Microsoft’s “Amped” and Konami’s massive “Dance Dance Revolution” have skylab2000 tracks in the games, with more to come.

What’s next? Stay tuned!

Mission control out.
